Cambodia: Buses, Roads and Countryside

I went to Phnom Penh last weekend to prepare for my new passport application. I took one of big bus transportation companies from Siem Reap. It was a nice bus service provided fee wifi, phone charger plug, seat belt, snack and water. Tickets cost 15USD for the route: Siem Reap – Phnom Penh or Phnom Penh – Siem Reap. There is no discount when you buy a round trip ticket though.

Distance (Siem Reap – Phnom Penh or vice versa): 319km++ via National Road #6

Road Condition: National Road #6 is under renovation. Expected to enjoy a bumpy bus ride for more than 1 hour.

Duration: between 6 to 6.5 hours due to traffic jam in Phnom Penh

Timetable: you can read more Giant Ibis

Scenery along the way is so pretty – if there is no rain 😛
